Sana is a certified Relationship and Marriage Therapist and Expressive Arts Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She also has a Diploma in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She has an experience of over 7 years and has worked with eminent emotional wellness ventures. She has handled issues like stress, anxiety, burnout, work life imbalance, depression, relationship issues and adjustment issues through virtual platforms via video and chat sessions. She is well equipped with psychometric assessments and psychotherapy. Sana has versatile experience as she has worked with children, adolescents and adults in both school and hospital settings.
