I am Counseling Psychologist and a certified Career Counselor. I mainly work with students and working professional to help them being productive in life. My approach in counseling focus on comprehensive approach to help my client bring positive changes in life to reach their ideal days. I believe in each person's uniqueness and help them to see through an optimistic lens. For my students and for my clients I offer a comfortable and a non-judgmental space. I believe, Anything can be accomplished if you believe in yourself first!

I have published my research in Sports Psychology in International Research paper I have been the Rank Holder in my Final year of Graduation. I have completed certification in Psychotherapy, Career counseling, Gatekeeper in Suicide Prevention and Certified Mental First Aider on Suicide Prevention. I have also completed my internships from Fortis and from Atha Psychotherapy.
