About

A Clinical Psychologist, an enterprising leader and a mental health advocate with her ability to motivate people towards change and adaptive behaviour’s. Being proficient in clinical skills of psychological assessments, counselling, cognitive therapy, behaviour therapy, anger and distress tolerance, stress management and relaxation techniques, I deal with patient grievances thereby fostering their mental health. Being skilled at inter-personal and intra-personal relations, I have experience working with children with special needs, adolescents with behavioural issues, adults facing depression, anxiety and stress, OCD and geriatric population with neuropsychological deficits. Actively a Dialectic Behaviour Therapy practioner, I impart acceptance and change based skills to help people deal with their problems. Additionally, I am a published author at Psychologs-India’s first psychology magazine and have also contributed to national as well as international journals.
