She has been conducting individual sessions ,group therapy sessions , Expressive arts therapy sessions,mental health awareness workshops ,training and internship programs through her organisation 'The Living Shades ' ,where she has been associated with various mental health firms,NGO's, CBSE/IB schools ,Universities ,hospitals ,private clinics,corporates etc. We have conducted over 800 well being sessions and helped over 1000 individuals to live their life differently with different shades.
