Self-Care Isn't Just a Trend—It's a Lifeline for Mental Well-Being 

All of us know how important self-care is. When you take time for it, you send out a very powerful message: I’m worth the effort. But somehow, taking out that time feels like an uphill battle. Deadlines, distractions and responsibilities become our priority, making it easy for our mental health, and specifically self-care, to slip through the cracks.
