About

I am Clinical Psychologist with over a year of experience in the field. He embraces an integrated approach to therapy which expands beyond traditional methods like Psychoanalysis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but to also include tenets of modern approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. His expertise lies in working with adults suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, anger issues, stress related issues and other psychotic disorders. His vision is to help people to deal with their socio emotional psychological world and help them evolve through self reflection, self exploration and self awareness. He is fluent in Hindi, English and Tamil.
